I've ordered and paid for an item that is now at a lower price in the app!

Some stores lower their prices the closer items get to their best before date and also as they approach closing time. That's to encourage users to purchase those items and avoid discarding them. We don't offer refunds on price drops that happen on the app.

As per our terms and conditions found on our website:

Prices for the food products are those set out at the time of purchase; no refund will be granted if the prices change after the moment of the transaction
