We encourage our grocery partners to ensure the quality of items posted to Flashfood, but the items do have a slightly shorter shelf life and their appearance may have imperfections. 

If you feel that the item(s) that you purchased were spoiled or inedible, please reach out to our Customer Support team through the ‘Help’ tab found in the app or by submitting a request to our website. Please provide a photo of the item(s) for verification.
