We don't typically offer refunds for missed pickups. Please reach out and one of our agents will guide you through the process.
A pickup is marked missed once the best-before date passes, and that food item will need to be thrown away if it cannot be donated. We strongly urge you to pick up your orders by the pickup date so that it does not go to waste.
