At this time, we don’t cancel orders because the items on the app have a very short shelf life and won’t be put back on the app for sale. When orders are placed and not picked up, the items are docked from the inventory count and do end up going to waste, which is very sad. However, we do understand that things happen and we can arrange a refund if this is your first time.
