A refund shows on my receipt in the app, but I can’t find it on my bank statement

Refunds may not post to your statement on the exact day they are processed. As well, refunds for multiple items may appear as individual credits instead of one larger lump sum.

If a refund is processed less than 24 hours after the order was placed it can sometimes be returned in the form of a charge reversal instead of a credit. When this happens the purchase and refund are combined into a single, lesser charge, rather than appearing as two separate transactions.

Please check your recent bank statements starting from the date the order was placed to confirm the initial charge as well as any related credits.
