We provide refunds for eligible orders within 14 days after you make a Flashfood purchase, so please make sure you reach out within that timeframe.
We do not provide refunds for missed pickups, cancelled orders, or price drops within the app. However, please contact us as exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with what you've ordered, reach out to us directly for help! The store isn’t obligated to provide substitutes or refunds so it’s on us to help you out.
