If for some reason, your items are not consumable or different from what you ordered, reach out to us directly for help! The store isn’t obligated to provide substitutes or refunds so it’s on us to help you out.
We provide refunds for eligible orders within 14 days after you make a Flashfood purchase, so please make sure you reach out within that timeframe.
