I picked up my order but it’s still showing in my pick-up tab

It sounds like the customer service rep didn't properly mark your items as picked up on their side. So sorry! The pickup should clear itself from your view as soon as the best before dates of all items have passed.

An unconfirmed pickup does not negatively impact your account in anyway.

Please let the store know next time you're there or feel free to contact us to to reach out to them on your behalf. Please note this might be a higher turnaround depending on store availability so we appreciate your patience.
