I picked up my order but it’s still showing in my pick-up tab

The customer service representative at the grocery store may not have properly marked your items as picked up. The pickup will clear from your view as soon as the best-by dates of all the items have passed. An unconfirmed pickup does not negatively impact your account in any way.
