Points transactions will appear in your Store Rewards account after you have gone to the store to pick up your Flashfood order.
After the order is marked as "Picked Up" by a store employee, the details of the Flashfood order will be transmitted to the loyalty program to be translated into points.
Flashfood does not calculate points, and points are not displayed in the Flashfood app.
Points are awarded directly by the loyalty program for qualifying items at the time the order is picked up. Not all items in the order may qualify for store reward points. For questions about specific points transaction please contact the Store Loyalty program directly.
