I have a question about Meijer mPerks points

When are the points awarded?

Points transactions will appear in your mPerks account once you have gone to the store to pick up your Flashfood order.

Your order must be marked as Picked Up by a Meijer store employee to receive points. Please allow 24 hours for transactions to appear in your mPerks account.

Where can I see how many mPerks points I got for my order?

Please visit your Meijer mPerks account to see your points balance and transaction history. Loyalty point information is not displayed in the Flashfood app. 

How many mPerks points do I get from my Flashfood order?

Points are calculated by Meijer, and are based on the items ordered that meet program specifications at the time the order is picked up.

For any inquiries about the mPerks program or points received from a Flashfood order please contact Meijer Support

Flashfood cannot see or alter mPerks points.

I picked up my order from Meijer and they didn’t mark it as picked up. How do I get my mPerks points?

If the pick up date has not yet passed, please contact the Meijer store directly to ask them to confirm the pick up. 

Otherwise, please contact Meijer Support for assistance with your mPerks account.
