How do I use Flashfood?

It’s really simple!

First, you will need to download the Flashfood app on IOS or Android. You can click on "Search nearby" to see if there are any stores available near you before creating your account. Once you see some locations, go ahead and create your account and start browsing.

You purchase items directly from your phone, which means no money is exchanged in-store. Once you purchase your items, head over to the store to pick up your order. The app will guide you to the pickup location within the store (usually near the customer service desk). Once you arrive at the pickup location, chat with the in-store associate(s) to let them know you are there to pick up your Flashfood order - they will help direct you on how to collect your items.

Once you've picked up your items or the store associate has handed them to you, they will mark the order as picked up to clear it from your pickup tab.
