Please double-check you are logged in with the email account used to place the order. You can do that using these steps:
- Open the Flashfood app.
- On the home screen, tap the menu button on the top left corner of your app. (If you can’t find it, try switching to another tab. It normally appears on the Explore or Savings tab.)
- The email address will be displayed at the top left corner of the menu below the name, as in the example below.
- If the email is correct and you are still not able to find your receipt, please reach out to our support team.
