We encourage you to pick up your items the same day you placed your order. This is to ensure maximum freshness and a smooth pick-up process. Also, it gives us more room to put in more great deals. Your purchase will be located in the Flashfood zone which is typically near the customer service desk.
Please note: We do not freeze or reserve any items. If the best before date of your item has passed, it will be discarded the following day. The store policy states that they can't give out or sell items past their best before date, even if they are paid for.
