That’s very odd! Please make sure that you are logged in with the email account used to place the order. At times, users create new accounts mistakenly as the app offers you more than one option to sign in.
In order to verify which email is currently logged in you can follow these simple steps:

Open the app.

On the home screen please locate the menu button on the top left corner of your app. (If you can’t find it try switching to another tab, normally it will appear on the Explore or Savings tab.)

Press it to enter the app menu.

While on the menu the email currently logged in will be displayed on the top left corner below the name, see the example below.
