Currently we provide support for Android OS versions 9 and up, and iPhone/iPad iOS versions 13.4 and up.
How do I know if I'm affected by this change?
To find your software version you can:
iOS: Go to Settings → General → About → iOS version.
Android: Go to settings → About Phone → Software Information → Android Version
What happens if my operating system is no longer supported?
As of March 27, 2025 Flashfood will no longer support app versions below 3.0. If you are unable to update your device OS it will not be possible to update to a newer version of the app in order to continue using Flashfood.
How we choose what to support
Your devices are updated on a regular basis and, over time, support for those devices is dropped by the providers. We look at which devices and software are the oldest that do not have the latest security updates, or lack the functionality required to run Flashfood to make our decision.
