Does the 14-Day policy apply to Fresh to Frozen items?

If you find a Fresh to Frozen item you purchased was spoiled after bringing it home, we’ll be happy to issue you a refund within 14 days of your purchase. If you request a refund on a Fresh to Frozen item outside of our 14-day policy, the linked refund procedure will be followed. 

Please make sure you attach pictures as we continuously share feedback with stores who like to be kept in the loop.
