Unfortunately, items that haven't been picked up on time can't be refunded by the store. We don't typically refund for missed pickups, but we evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our Customer Support team through the ‘Help’ tab found in the app or by submitting a request.
Once the best-before date passes, the item will need to be thrown away if it cannot be donated. We strongly urge you to pick up your orders by the pickup date at the latest to avoid it going to waste.
