Delayed on response

I have very bad experience with Flashfood, and I am sharing the back and forth conversations with customers support center without any solutions yet.

I requested cancellation and a refund on the same day. I did NOT pick up the item from the store. I specifically asked that the order not be confirmed as picked up until I had an opportunity to check the quality. After seeing that the item was poor quality, I immediately requested cancellation and a refund.

Despite providing all the requested information, the refund has still not been processed, and I have continued to receive requests for information that I have already provided.

At this point, I would appreciate it if a supervisor could review the case and process the $…refund without any further unnecessary delay.

Please confirm in writing that the refund has been processed and advise me when I should expect the funds to be returned.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I agree. It seems Flashfood is taking forever for refunds. They should do something about it or people will stop using flashfood
