Service fee 75%

Today I made a purchase on Flashfood where I was charged a 75% service fee. I contacted Flashfood customer service, and have several exchange emails, the response was

“I do not have information here that explains how the service fee is calculated or when that fee structure was implemented” 

Pretty bad when customer service people don't even know how the service fee is calculated and can't find the answer
