Adding an additional Supermarket Chain loyalty card

How do I add an additional loyalty card??? All I get is to add it at checkout, how do I know/whichwhich store??? Do I have to get another email account to do a specific supermarket chain. I am beginning to think it is only for Kroger and subsidiaries.  Again, how do I add an additional supermarket loyalty card…
