Store Staff Need More Training

I have used Flashfood at least 3-4 times at the Stop & Shop at 1600 Perrineville Rd Monroe NJ 08831 and EACH TIME I have had issues related to:

1. only 1 person trained who knows what to do, but is not always available

2. the Customer Svc staff saying that their procedures are the EXACT OPPOSITE of what Flashfood has posted in your App

3. and because of #s 1 & 2, the amount of time it takes to complete any transaction is MUCH too long

SO, if you can't get your people trained and EFFICIENT, your App will fail.
