Items posted on the app will have a slightly shorter shelf life and may be imperfect in terms of shape and colour, but we do quality check foods with the help of each grocery store departments prior to items being posted on the app. However, sometimes an item or two sneaks onto the app that shouldn’t.
If you feel that the item(s) that you purchased were spoiled or inedible, then we’d be happy to take a look at how we can turn it around for you.
