My receipt is not listed!

Please double-check you are logged in with the email account used to place the order. You can do that using these steps:

  1. Open the Flashfood app.
  2. On the map screen, tap the ‘Profile’ icon at the bottom right corner of your app.
  3. The email address will be displayed at the top left corner of your profile.
  4. If the email is correct and you are still not able to find your receipt, please reach out to our support team.
