As we deal with items with a short shelf life, we strongly urge you to pick up your orders by the pickup date at the latest to avoid them ending up in landfills!
Unfortunately, items that haven't been picked up on time can't be refunded by the store. We don't typically refund for missed pickups, but, we can make an exception if this is your first time.
